Pictures from our Scotland trip

The holiday begins in Northumberland.

Lindisfarne castle, on Holy Island (connected to the mainland via a causeway which is accessible during the low half of the tide).

View from the walls around Berwick-upon-tweed, where we stayed our first night.

We then entered Scotland. First stop the border Abbeys and also Traquair house and its maze:
