We Are Scientists rock 93 Feet East - 18/10/2005

Last nite I went to see We Are Scientists at 93 Feet East in Brick Lane, E1 and they rocked! The California band headed up by Keith Murray played a passionate and visceral set to coincide we the release their new album With Love and Squalor on the same day. I would advise all to check out this CA-indie rock band!

The preceding support act, British group Roland Shanks lead by Jamie Blanco gave a fantastic set on their very British interpretation of the New-York Indie music scene, as enjoyed by the Talking Heads - a band the groups states they are influenced by. I will be looking out for their new release which is from Moshi Moshi records in January.

I've moved to Brentford, London! - 16/10/2005

For all my friends who didn't know I have now moved to a top-floor duplex flat (<insert> more self-referential ostentation) on the Thames in Brentford, West London overlooking Kew Gardens as the satellite image shows. Below is the view from my balcony across to Kew last month for the fireworks display

New website - 15/10/2005

These are my (badley written [sic]) departmental webpages' which have just gone live. The old version unfortunately met with it's coup de grāce when I wipe my hard disk (securely) and they were lost (stupidly).
I will finally get my decent php version running as soon as I get a chance

I promise ;-)
